Grateful another morning hangover free.

Grateful that I get to spend some quality time with my husband, and my Mom, at a concert tonight by Tim Mcgraw, who is also in recovery.

Grateful that my clear-headedness is returning, I thought that was lost forever.

Grateful for another day for a chance to be a better person.

Grateful for my God who makes this all possible.

Morning Grats,

Grateful to say after a rather taxing morning w/my lap top I have my other computer so I can check in.

Grateful I don't let little problems like this ruin my day at least not the whole day lol.

The word for Thursday is Topeng:rotfxko(Indonesian form of dance drama w/masks)

Today I will become more mindful and begin again practicing random acts of kindness
Grateful I can do so without motives or expectations ....

Grateful I did have another burst-of-energy day where problems were solved rather than gnashed over.

Grateful for fun plans with a bestie friend today. Looking forward to being with her and her kids. We're going on a museum adventure. Couple of things to figure out to get there (logistics) but she's a "we'll work it out!" positive person.

I'm going to try and mean this, lol: Grateful to be going to work today, grateful that I have the physical ability, and the strength to deal with the stress.

Grateful for another day here on earth with those I love the most.

Grateful, again, for the support here on SR.

Grateful that I came to my senses and I realized how much time I've been killing with my addiction and had the want to do something about it instead of wallowing in my misery - either killing more time, or/and killing myself.

Have a blessed day everybody.

good sober morning grat-pack

grateful for 7 hours of sleep and the rain that came in the night, easing my guilt at not watering the flower gradens and tomatoes...just dumped another 3 liter bottle on the japanese maple for the day...he's a newbie little guy.

grateful that it is FRIDAY and work should be peaceful, exams are finished and i can concentrate on the next group of students that start 8/29....lots of prep work.

grateful that i got a good walk in with the dog before heat sets in for the day...then neither of us have interest.

grateful to have no regrets about the previous evening....because I'm sober and not acting stupid.

I'm grateful that I got really upset yesterday and didn't drink...decided to do something positive instead.

Very grateful that this is day 4 of being sober and no urges of obsessing.

Again very grateful for everyone on SR

Grateful for feeling joyful this morning when I woke up. And very grateful for the massage I had last night which is probably why I woke up feeling so very good this morning.

Have a sane and wonderful Friday everyone!

Grateful to be focused and to be able to take those loose ends and tie them up in a nice bow this weekend.

Grateful I'll be seeing the tail end of a major project and the satisfaction that comes with it upon completion.

Grateful I chose not to be overwhelmed and take it one day at a time. It eventually comes to an end.

Grateful I don't have to live waiting for the other shoe to drop - I don't have to be fearful anymore.

Have a good one, all....

Grateful for the little farmer's market near my house
and the guy who sells the best homegrown tomatoes in the world

Grateful for letting go of worry because beyond the helpful benefits of problem-solving, it serves no purpose other than to make me a whiny grouch!

Grateful for good coffee and air conditioning

Have a good weekend GP!

Grateful to be up and for mental clarity.

Grateful for a peaceful feeling in my heart that guides my actions.

Grateful my sister's lawyer was so straight with her and told her to take action to protect herself and her girls from her stbx-husband. Grateful his man knows the law in her state and can advise her.

Grateful for the few artists that play music that don't celebrate substance abuse, it starts my morning off right listening to my "sobriety playlist" on youtube.

Grateful that I can wake up without the hangovers that used to plague me, or should I say used to plague myself with.

Grateful for the morning time, a part of the day I never used to see as a good time has turned around and become almost the best part of my day.

Grateful for the peace and quiet of a still morning; just me, SR, and the stirrings of the neighbors around me messing in their gardens....very peaceful time of day.

grateful for a sober saturday morning, a walk with dog before the intense heat sets in. it is good for both of us to walk in the quiet.

grateful to have a plan for the day, there is so much that can be accomplished when I'm sober....I've already washed clothes, running the dishwasher and will clean the florida room next, then a shower and run to the farm market for that Jersey Fresh corn too.
