A New Thread of Gratitude!
Grateful for this here forum! In days past, I only visited here to comfort and console myself during times of shame, pity and hangoveredness. These days, I visit on a regular basis out of a sense of developing sensible, healthy and rewarding (yet comforting still) routines.

I am grateful, speaking up and letting the boss know it was too HOT IN THE BUILDING and asking if i can go home...that day the humidex was 50! he did not blink an eye, he said yes go home.....I am ever grateful that he did not turn it into WEAKNESS on my part for not taking the heat...!!
Lately, I've been blessed that distant family members, that I've never met, are contacting me and coming to visit this month. These are relatives from my mother's and my father's sides.
My website is working the way I intended! Yes!

I've got a birthday coming up next month and I'm worried because birthdays usually mean trouble for me. As do the Christmas holidays. This year, I'll try to "tie myself to the mast" so to speak, and prepare for this period of vulnerability.

Just passing by "the village". Glad that it is here and up and running. I don't want to take it for granted because the other day, it wasn't and I felt kind of isolated.
