A New Thread of Gratitude!
I am grateful today for many things, however, this heat and humidity is not one of them.
This reminds of Texas where even the cactus couldn't survive!
Nothing better than pure, clear ice-water to provide relief, I am grateful for that!

Photos of my sponsor - one of them anyway!
Recent "action" images of "Le Gato Diablo" aka Dieter in his natural habitat. He is a primary mechanism of my sobriety and mental well-being. I am grateful for all said blessings!

Gato Diablo's awesome Hehe... what a great name for a kitty. I know what you mean about the importance of your cats in sobriety... I feel just the same... so grateful and thankful to have my 3 kitties.
Hey y'all!
Today, I'm thankful for my sobriety though I need to get to a meeting. I'm trying to make at least 2 a week which is difficult with everything else going on.

Grateful of Guest Speaker
Tonight's speaker at our local group delivered an outstanding lead. The man's sobriety date is in 1973.
I am especially thankful and grateful for attending the meeting tonight, the room was full of loving anonymous folks.

Oh Steadwell...I think your sponsor has a relative! Meet FANDY..a 4 year old 1/2 siamese 1/2 Maine Coon-ish male from NJ..a very pushy spoiled boy weighing in at about 15#...who lives with me and 2 other cats and his very own Pomeranian doggie....they all sleep together on the tempur-pedic with me....it is a comedy act every night.
very grateful for all of them....
today the heat reached 106 i8n my area..yuck

Grateful for AC!
Today I am grateful for four months of sobriety, the air conditioner functioning and Dieter. Dieter is grateful for the air conditioner.

Got the Blahs, and the Blues...
Grateful for a getting some sleep last night, though it was of the restless variety. Just feeling generally run-down the last day or two.
