Grateful that a sunny afternoon followed a rainy morning. Grateful I'm in reasonably good health. Grateful for my family and friends. Grateful to wake up sober and happy. Grateful for my wonderful neighbors.

This is my first "Grateful" since I seldom venture out of Newcomers. 
Grateful to actually be up early to hear the birds & pet the dogs without fighting my way out of an alcoholic coma.

Grateful I was "reminded" in a very distinct way to say my prayers upon awakening
this morning..almost fainted and fell on my --- , had to lie down again, and prayed.
I realized then..I was holding my breath..thinking about my day..that's what did it.
A no no. Turned it over and handed it up..it's going to be all right, whatever the
outcome.
Ahhhhh..yes.
