**sigh** I'm grateful that I'm slowly learning... struggling but learning.
I've learned that for sure I'm an addict. Thats one very bug hurdle down the tube.

Been pushing myself a bit too hard lately. Busy (but good) week, coming down with flu-like symptoms.
Gonna take it easy tonight. No fitness centre, taking a break from my 12 step meeting (feel a bit bad about it but I did let the others know that I might not make it - no worries).

Grateful that although I am sick, I don't have it as bad as mr cmc and my daughter.
Grateful that I can enjoy the holiday without getting all stressed over every single detail!!!
