I think part of me would die without good books to read. They are my reprieve from the "real world" on a daily basis. I too am grateful.

I need to take a break from self-help books soon L, time to read the new Harry Potter book!

Grateful for my good health, for a backpacking this weekend. Couldn't do that when I was deep in my disease.

I'm on call, so I'll have to make this brief. Got a prescription for Demerol tabs yesterday, but haven't filled it yet. Very scary, is this. Keep the prayers coming!!

I'm obviously not going to be able to visit this summer as I had hoped, mostly because I can't afford it, but also because of this surgery. I'll be taking 8 of my paid vacation days for recuperation and a little trip I have to take my mom on. I'm pretty miffed about it. I need a REAL vacation, you know?? I haven't been to the beach in over 4 years!

Have to get back to work now.

((Eddie)) Vacation?? What is that.. lol If I am lucky I will spend a good portion of mine moving....... Quality problems though and I am grateful for that.
