Grateful to be abstinent from sugar for about a day and a half now. Yup, I'm starting over! I don't know how much I've talked about it here, but my eating had really made my life unmanageable in many ways. Now it feels good to finally be recovering again.

And really grateful that I have been cleared to start exercising again! I saw the orthopedist today and he didn't detect any problems, so now maybe I can really start getting back in shape overall again. I'm also back to driving my own car which has a standard transmission. Whoo-hoo!!
