Jeez, might be time to reevaluate your life, the reasons why you continue to enable him and what the pay off is for you.
I'd really think about your motives, if he gets in an accident while stoned, your insurance company probably will drop you, not to mention what a replacement policy will cost...maybe 3 times what you currently pay, then you have attorney fees, average about 5 to 8k . And, if he mames someone wihile under the influence you could lose everything. So, is that 15% really a deal? I think not.
