I have that uneasy feeling

Hi all,
I have a feeling that youngest AS, (age 30) who has GF, (of 3 years) and wonderful Electrician apprentice job, is using again.

Prayers would be appreciated....

My mantra of today...
I can't,
He can.
I think I'll let Him.

Hi Moose, prayers coming your way that you can stay strong. Just out of curiosity~~~~why do you have that mom feeling that he's using again. I only ask because I'm always looking for signs and so far~~so good here. Chris just left and we had a nice visit......but i am always on edge and I hate that feeling. It's like a special radar, isn't it? And they never can fly under it.

Good for you for turning it over. That way you know your boy is in good hands.

Oh I know that feeling with my AS and sadly mine was right on this time around.
But...this time around I know that as you say "He can"
It takes some hard bumps to get it right.
Prayers this is but a bump in the road

We know the behaviors speak loud and clear even tho we want to believe otherwise.
Unfortunately, relapse is part of this horrible condition of addiction.
May your son be safe and secure and able to get back to recovery.

Wow Moose! Recovery radar at work. Stick to that Mom radar. Prayers that it is falty this time, and prayers that if it's not it's a quick dip.

Prayers coming your way. Are you and GF close? Funny, how for years I didn't know a thing about drugs and when AD was high or not and now that I know the difference and more about drugs than I ever wanted to, us moms can usually sense the difference in the air. Hopefully this isn't the case but if it is, hopefully it's short term and nothing you can do about it but take care of yourself.

Awwww Moose,
So sorry to hear this, but I sure know that gut feeling that we mom's get.
Prayers that if this is so, that it is just a slip and he gets back on the recovery horse. Maybe GF can help him.
