We are about in the same place. I have been away from axbf for 3 months without any contact and although I am much better it's amazing how wounded I still feel; he shredded my self esteem and made me a guilt ridden, anxious mess. I think it will take some time to recover and I'm not kissing any more toads until I feel like a confident and happy me!

Hallelujan! Someone else noticed the beauty and potential of our friends the rhinos, if only they had a little cleaning up, a little nurturing, and a lot of real, wholesome love!

Learn2Live and Ziggy I am in the same boat. I moved out 13 months ago. I thought I was doing great, feeling detached. The court stuff is now ramping up and I had to speak with him on the phone for the first time in almost a year. I had a panic attack and thought I was going to pass out. I called my councelor to set up a new appt. schedule.......So crazy.
