We are about in the same place. I have been away from axbf for 3 months without any contact and although I am much better it's amazing how wounded I still feel; he shredded my self esteem and made me a guilt ridden, anxious mess. I think it will take some time to recover and I'm not kissing any more toads until I feel like a confident and happy me!
