I was sober for two years, but that was two years ago ... I know I can do it, just not sure how!

Normally I "lurk" on forums but when I found this one today I promised myself I'd "use my voice" and speak up, no matter how stupid I'd think I'd sound.

I didn't get an ice cream craving until yesterday. But I feel ok about it because finally my body is naturally stopping when I am full and have eaten enough. I can hear my body, people! I used to have a hollow leg

Hmmm, so tomorrow, I'm planning on going to breakfast at this place that is always packed on the weekends so I'll take advantage going during the week. Then, I think I may go to the library. If it's not raining, I think I'll take a walk at the park also.

And ice cream! Can't forget the ice cream!

That sounds really nice Aarry. I will have to make sure to schedule some time for myself like that. I think some reflection could help me avoid burnout. This next few days should actually be the first chance I've had, since the "incident."

Back safe in my hotel room. They upgraded me to a gorgeous suite which in the past would mean drink to celebrate (actually anything would mean drink in the past -- suite or no suite!)... Drinking lots of ice cold water to re-hydrate after a grueling 2 hours of tennis!
