On the Soberbus
Dragon, thoughts come in my head many times, usually after a ‘trying’ day with mum in law who has Alzheimer’s. I’m usually frazzled and when I see folk sat outside on the riverbank having a long cool drink I think yeah! But it’s a thought. I laugh at it and know I don’t want that crap in my life ever again. But I can’t stop the thoughts popping up.
Gotta disagree with ya’ll that it’s just the tennis.
When Pete Sampras played on court back in the day. Well. 
Off to have my hand therapy at Derby today. Setting off a bit earlier just in case of traffic. I’d rather be half hour early than late.

3.5h , 15km, 3 walks...Roxy is knackered. The muzzle harness prevented her attacking 3 silent organisms, which were all silent but dog got supernose. A pigeon in long grass, a rat dog hiding and a cat. Credit to her- well behaved otherwise .See GP first thing tomorrow about status quo- re depression/meds, so an early start. I also got 2h study in.

I have a yearly medical this morning and with all the 4th of July fireworks last night, I haven't gotten much sleep. Tossing and turning and now I'm sitting here with coffee at 2:30 AM. Up for the day, and there's a lot for me to do on my list!

Dumped. My brother is coming for a visit this week. Dinner on Wednesday and family gathering on the weekend. My mind was telling me to keep it so I can offer everyone drinks. Phffft...
In office doctor visit today, Echocardiogram came back normal but still need further investigations.
