tap tap....hello?

On the very quiet bus. Shhh. Maybe they're still in bed, bim. It is 3:51AM, after all.

Good Sunday Morning. Personal care day methinks. Hair needs a trim. I occasionally go to a hair dresser but more often than not I just go at it with trimmers. More so since the pandemic. I think I've been twice in the last two years.

Dear daughter has been busy sorting thru her room. A couple of boxes for the attic, bags of clothes to donate, stuff to chuck. The day is getting closer! OMG.

On the bus!

ST dragon, I have not had a haircut in over 2 years. I never really liked going anyway.

It's better to leave this to my hairdresser...

My COVID hair was almost to my shoulders; just had a pixie cut and love it.

This beauty (Bottle Brush tree) blooms once a year; it currently has the most blooms since we have lived here.

I had never seen them before moving here! They are rather airy and whimsical.

On the bus.

We lost an hour due to the clocks going forward last night. I'm going to be tired until October when we get it back.

Fabulous pic of that bottle brush tree Leigh. My uncle in Aus has one in his garden.

Recently my hair has been shortish by my standards. Before that I had basically the same haircut for 47 years

On the Soberbus

I hear it takes four days for us to get used to the clocks changing. I feel discombobulated a lot longer.

The US senate passed a bill to do away with the time change in 2023 and many Canadian provinces are ready to follow suit. I won't be sad to see it go.

On the bus!

I won't miss the time change either. Although I find it a bigger problem when I decide to have an extra cup of tea late in the afternoon. Ugh. I did that a couple days ago and was up at midnight, wide awake. That's too late for moi.

On the well-rested bus.

"Van Life" - one of the good things to come out of covid...
