Are we chronicling our sober sleep again? I like it when we do that (since I've cracked that nut.) Remember when I said I started taping my lips together at night? I'm still doing that - months later - and my sleep has never been better. I haven't woken in a panic one time! Not even anxious! That was a life-long problem.
9.5 hours for me last night.
On the sleepytime bus. Thanks for the new thread, Dragon.

Leigh, there is actually a dedicated specialized tape specifically for this purpose, but I just use a strip of regular clear medical tape placed vertically (from nose to chin) across my lips.
Kinda like this picture below, only I just use one single strip of that surgical tape above. That tape above is cheap, like $3 for two rolls and it doesn't hurt taking it off and doesn't leave a glue residue.

Climbing aboard the Sober Bus Part 48!
Happy Friday my fellow buscateers
Thanks for the new thread Sober T Dragon.
Good luck today Aly!
I may recommend that for daytime use to a couple of co-workers. (ain't I mean!)

Thank you all for your support. This was a test shot, so I'll have to go back to get the real one in a couple of weeks. Glad to be on the sober bus with all of you wonderful people. Have a wonderful day. Love and peace to all. ☮🧡💙💜💗
