Good Morning! I hope everyone has a great day. This weekend was filled with the usual house stuff like cleaning and organizing.
Its amazing how much of a mess I can make in the week. Lots of rest too. We cant forget to rest. Human Being not Human doing.
Grateful to be here on the bus for another sober day!

On the sober bus. my studies have been going great. so have my exercise, gonna add 2 kgs on the biceps curl tomorrow. Went down on friday by train to visit my family. we threw away some old stuff at the dump and we were very productive.
Got a new toilet on the evening on saturday and removing the old and installing the new was heavy and dirty work but i felt a great sense of joy that my weight training had paid off and that i could slug that old toilet down the stairs, that new one up the stairs and from the car without that much problem.
So a great weekend. Didn't stay on my diet since it was a little bit of a mini semester when i went down, got tasty chinese food and bacon king on burger king on saturday after we went shopping and filling up my apartment with staple food.
I hope everyone has been doing great lately

On the Sober Bus this morning.
I have a busy day later, I'm going to have to power through my headache, thank God, not from drinking, but uncomfortable none the less. A guy is coming to fix the garbage disposal today and I have to do some grocery shopping but I don't like to leave her home alone with a workman. I'm sure all would be fine, but it just doesn't feel that safe to me. Then, I'll go shopping. If Luke were still here, I might leave her, but with all the weird things you hear, better to be safe than sorry.
