Did you know, Winnpeg is home to the Leatherdale international polar bear conservaton center? It's at the zoo along with the Journey to Churchill exibit.

That one polar bear that is relaxing on his back looks like he is sunbathing on the snow. 
They look nice and warm with all that fur.

Hi folks,
Another great sober day on the bus! It will be one year for me March 5th drop free, feeling really good about it. I'm not sure when I first started riding the sober bus, but all I can say is that without it, don't know if I would have made it this far. I quit cold turkey, no AA, no nothing but only this bus.
My sincerest thanks to each and everyone, this bus and the fine folks that jump on every day are my AA. God Bless you all.

I love turning up the music and movin and grovin to it, especially by myself. 
A great way to shake off the stress and lift my mood.
I went on an adventure today where I walked and climbed up and down for almost 4 hours. Yikes, I am sore and going to put my feet up, and also realized that I need a better pair of walking shoes with better support for the next time.
Feeling upbeat and glad to be rockin on our Sober Bus with all of you!
