Hi everyone!
I didn’t post yesterday because I was mad at the world and I just didn’t want to think or talk. I am in a better head space today but I just needed to unplug from the world for a day.
One thing for me being sober is seeing all the things I don’t like and haven’t liked for some time and I am unable to change and I don’t want to go back to my old escape friend (drinking) so the serenity prayer are words I say out loud to myself quite often lately because that prayer is what is keeping me afloat right now.
I need to make changes but I have to take this on slowly and think this through. I am just putting my thoughts down in my notebook that I am carrying along with me on this ride on our Sober Bus. I need to take this one day at a time and not plan to far ahead, so I’ll just relax with you all this weekend on Our Sober Bus.
