Gosh, I can really relate to this. I worry myself sick and always imagine all the things that can go wrong and the worst possible outcome. The other kids joked about me being paranoid in middle school and I'm still really paranoid to this day. And, like you said, the actual outcome is rarely ever anywhere near as bad as I worried it would be.
