How's everyone doing??
I am feeling pretty damn good. Finally got my period (3 weeks late, sorry TMI) and I feel like I can finally breathe again. Amazing what hormones can do to a woman.

I went out to dinner with my best friend last night- our birthdays are a few weeks apart so this is our second dinner since July and it was a blast, even without drinking. I honestly can't believe I am at a place where I can enjoy dinner in a restaurant without a drink (or 3.) It's such a relief and such a blessing. I'm not letting my guard down yet as I know the AV is sneaky, but I am hopeful that I will truly never, ever drink again and that brings me great joy.

Hope to hear from all of you- how is life going?
I am still on the hunt for a new therapist- it's my goal to find one by the end of the week!
