To dress in a Helen Roper ( Audra Lindley) caftans is a thing.
There is a 5K walk where everybody is in a caftan, I think...LOL
Up and there is sun I just noticed Coffee down and I'm up.

Rich, I hope your Dr. appt. went well 
My plantar fasciitis seems to be easing up, will give it a test Sunday when I'm on my feet at work for 5 hours. Now I gotta work on the back pain from the arthritis up the spine, that's making it hard to sleep at night. Being on a diet, or eating as clean and healthy as possible is always enjoyable, I like eating good foods.
They had a bunch of coffee in the clearance aisle at the grocery store yesterday, I had to bring home a few flavors. I've got tomorrow off so I'm spending the morning canning jalapenos and bread & butter pickles.

I was running latw this morning with resulted in lunch cinsisting of a cheese and tomato sandwich and a packet of crisps (chips to you guys) Living the dream

Wishing you all a wonderful day and I appreciate any mentions. Going to visit my mom in a little while. I'm feeling a little better, thankfully.
Love and peace to all of you. I am so grateful for my friendships here. Purps, I'm glad you got to go back to sleep for a while. That's early. I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes too. It can be so annoying. Then I'm tired in the morning.

When I can't sleep I watch "The Golden Girls" !
The music makes me dream happy dreams!
That’s a good show too…my sis and my dad love it….As a gag gift one year I got a box of “Blanche Devereaux” mints….still got them packed somewhere w/ moving stuff

I used to watch the Golden Girls when I couldn't sleep but I think I watched too many of them and I need to take a break. That's a good one to go to sleep too.

Nice "sport" weekend : our Canadiens are in Boston tonight and it's the Grey Cup tomorrow with our Montreal Alouettes vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Lots of screen time but sober contrarily to my previous life!

Enjoy.I think I can stay awake to watch a 10pm PDT F1 street race in Las Vegas (Lost Wages) Nevada USA. There is a new attraction in Vegas a Domey Thing LOL it looks cool.
