Too much sleep during the day....restless at night and morn.
Sleep seems very important to just about everyone.
Godawful when drunk.
0408 and boy what a warmish humid day. And, to think we had snow before Halloween.
Good recovery thoughts this early. A couple irrational about little things with other residents. Not worth mentioning.
Best to everyone here, and especially with work.

Dropped DIL off at work and I am hoping to feel better. Nauseous ...
Bad way to start a day but I’m already feeling better already. At least it is not alcohol induced. I had some rough holidays in the past!

Morning all, having some depression due to the holidays and being unemployed.
I guess it hit me yesterday and trying to shake it off.
So many things to be grateful for, but sometimes emotions are not grateful or rational.
No temptation to drink though and this is my first sober holiday season in several decades.

Been up since 4:00, though laid in bed for awhile hoping to get some extra sleep. Always seems that I am tired when I need to get up, and can't sleep when I have the time.
Melski, my first Christmas holiday sober was challenging, because everyone around me was drinking. Keep that tape ready to play. You are doing great!

I didn't think of my avatar as flying sober that works too..."bee-ing" sober.
melski -- hang in there … my moods seem to be leveling out...if depressed it is more with physical strength and energy
Bell's palsy scare -- but it didn't happen this time....getting done being sick and getting an ear ache...but it's ok....I had it about a decade ago.
Not expecting anything today or tomorrow. Would just like to talk to or hear from the sons and their families.
Staying close to home...except a trip to the bank and deli.
A wonderful Christmas, and a wonderful Chanukah.

Conked out early last night and feel much better today.
Teen Gkids over later. I’m excited to have the little one here for X-mas also. The blues have temporarily subsided thankfully.

Lunch with a friend today then a touch down to check on some horses I am looking after while their owners are away.
Quiet evening planned with the pup. Purposely avoiding parties/social stuff this holiday.
