I still think it's great that I'm calling that a lie in, when back in the bad old days, I would easily sleep to mid afternoon, if I got out of bed at all.

Woke to alarm.
Lots to do today. Called in to the dentist. Neck massage before that.
Was planning on relaxing after but at least the dentist will be done for 3 months.

I am getting thru the days by keeping busy with my sewing and quilting. Finally talked to my Dad which felt really good. My Mom and Dad have been married for 61 years and were best friends. My sister died a few years ago. Now it it my older brother livng close by, me and my younger brother in Tucson left as family. I still am very sad.

Chloe, I seem to be having a lot of trouble sleeping with the change of seasons perhaps? Obviously, you have a lot on your mind. I hope that you can start sleeping better soon.

Imvalentine, I am glad the procedure went well.

Went to bed at 2:00 am this morning after working closing shift at work. No early rising for me this week.
