Haven’t heard from work.
Nobody in HR was available when I dropped note from Dr. off.
No news is good news but it’s not nice to be left hanging.

Up at 0430, now 0615 at work. Another great, sober day!
(I usually get to work at 0600 but my shift doesn't start til 0630. I too love how quiet the early mornings are. Right now all I can hear is the heating system and the clicking on the keyboard keys.)

Up to potty and feed myself. I look forward to real food again.
My yoga teacher is bringing her sons dog this afternoon to visit and my ex has been bringing over our 13 year old lab.
There’s nothing like slobbery dog kisses.
Going to read for a bit and go back to bed!
