Up at 0410, now 0627 at work.
Dinner last night was out of this world good. I had just a little bit too much. Feeling the effects now. Oh well, little mistakes don't derail me like they used to. Still going to have a great day!

Slept late and even took a nap yesterday.
Hoping friend is up for a movie and coffee later.
A crow is staring at me wanting more peanuts put out for him. Also need to make a critter food run today.
A safe sober Sunday for all.

Am I all alone here? 
Woke up at 3am and had to start thinking...maybe I went back to sleep and maybe I didn't but got up when alarm went off at 0410 and now 0621 at work.
What had my mind spinning was "do I serve alcohol (beer) at my retirement ceremony & reception?" I work for the military and beer is expected... Mr. Ringo says no but I'm going to give it consideration. Don't have to decide until fall of 2019.
Yeah, not only am I an alcoholic but I'm also rather obsessive!

Nope Ringo we're still here.
I catch myself obsessing over things frequently.
I wonder a lot if "normal" people do also.
Coffee kicking in and meeting daughter for more coffee.

Imvalentine, Hello fellow obsesser! That's right, I made a new word.
Up at 0410, now 0617 at work. My husband's current obsession is preparing 'just right' for a colonoscopy this Monday. When that's over, he'll go back to cleaning and reading up on his guns. [We are not crazy people with an arsenal!!! We are responsible, law abiding folks who go to the range.]
As for my current obsession, besides SR!, is health and nutrition. I cook from scratch using the freshest and most natural ingredients I can find/afford.
