My cats are my 'alarm clock' that goes off every 2 hours with a different alarm sound...sometimes it is crunching on dry food, other times scratching in the litter box, sometimes hissing at eachother, sometimes it's a pouch on my head and sometimes it is a mystery activity sound...

Went to sleep at 8:00 last night. I’ll take a nap this afternoon.
The movie yesterday was very good but very tiring. I’ll be staying in more from now on for sure.

I hope Mountainbob is doing ok. I miss him.

Got Woken up by an elbow this morning. I forgot to set my alarm last night! Somethings never change and I can't blame it on drinking anymore!

Could have been earlier. Another nap this afternoon for sure.
Radio at 10:00.
Pharmacy after.
