Greta woke me up at 4:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. Might need a nap later on.

Greta woke me up at 4 again today to go out. I went back to bed at 5 and slept til 8 so I got enough sleep. She's so smart to wake me up to let her out. And since I don't wake up with the shakes like I used to do, I don't mind waking up that early.

I'm praying for AS and XAH. I don't know what has been going on with my son for over a month now. He owes me money and has been avoiding me. Somehow it's involving XAH. Or maybe my alcoholic brain is off on a
bender.

Good morning everyone. This is day 8 sober for me 😊. I am now getting into a routine of going to bed early and getting up early. I have started exercising walking around ten miles each day. I break this up into a morning walk of 5 miles then the same in the evening. I am taking one day at a time enjoy getting up every morning with no hangover, guilt,anxiety sweats or shakes.

I didn't sleep well but will make up for it tonight I'm sure.
Chiropractic visit this afternoon will help. I have been slouching on healthy eating. Green tea ready to take to work.

Awake at 3:54.
Hoping for a good work morning. Was getting used to three day weekends. Am picking up itinerary... for a trip to NYC I booked with my 17 year old grandson. A splurge but definitely worth it.
Cold and snowy.
