Hi stepbuzz hope you're doing ok. You can tell people really make it out of this, by the fact they don't come by that often, cause they made it. It's hard but you won't die. Any of those guys experiences can work, it's question of what your doc is willing. take care

I got off it with John’s method. It worked for me and I was taking a lot.

I’ve struggled with sobriety for a long time and now that I have to do it (because of health reasons) I see that sobriety has its own buzz and that the challenge comes with rewards too. I don’t have to worry so much and I can appreciate real happiness when it comes because I know it’s not induced. I found that for me reading was a lifesaver. I could loose myself in a good book and not have to think about buzz so often.
