Meditation and mindfulness

I am posting this here because meditation and mindfulness are useful techniques in recovery (in my opinion).

Thumbs up

Thanks for that - bookmarked!

I try to meditate daily, alternating between mindfulness of breathing one day, and metta bhavana the next.
I find them both very helpful, in recovery, but in general too!
