You CAN stop. You can't know what they are thinking, FF, you must tell them. They might not be observant to the restroom breaks, but you must tell them. You have to help yourself here by taking the step.

FF, please tell them and keep telling them until they listen and understand. I am so disappointed that the nurse blew off your claim about drinking too much water. Please stop drinking the water and tell someone how upset you are.

My self harm was taking some over the counter pain pills
mixed with other stuff i had on hand downing it with alcohol.
When my kids couldnt wake me up, that sounded off alarms.
That was when family called for help sending me to a hospital
for a mental evaluation.
The physciatric doctor that evaluated me didnt detect
any mental problems. Just an alcohol problem. This hospital
that i was taken to was a treatment center that had different
sections in it. One for the mentally impaired patients, and
another for addiction. Which is where I was sent which was
right upstairs.
It was made up of many rooms for impatient stay for those
detoxing and needing to stay for rehab anywhere from 2 weeks
to 28days.

There are folks who specialize with self harm and can
help you identify the problem that is causing you to self
harm yourself.
Identifying the problem then finding a healthier solution
instead of hurting yourself.

Oh FF--Please come clean to another nurse or someone there.
This is so dangerous, we all care about you--please be honest and tell them you need help. Being straight with them isn't being an attention seeker, it's doing the right thing to get well.
