My gut (no medical experience, just a sense of concern for you) tells me that over-exertion is probably a not a good thing, Robbie, at this stage of your condition. Hugs and love your way.

Robbie, it does sound like you need to exercise less for the time being.

Congrats on four years sober Kaily!

That bird is lovely, such pretty feather designs.

My little dog Billie gets to lick the plate after I finish with my Beyond Breakfast Sausage. . Silly Billie doesn't realize it's not meat.... That would make a good ad for the company... or maybe not...
