Ok, Day 2 done and dusted .. woke up feeling awful but the brain fog is starting to clear. I cleaned my flat from top to bottom which was very satisfying and one of my closest friends from the US is arriving tonight .. she’s a non drinker so that’s cool and there’s a local literary festival on which will be fun !

Ican, as you know the shoulder complex is quite complicated to begin with, and after multiple fractures it is quite challenging to get function back. I am happy to hear of the range of motion that you have. That is awesome. Keep it up!
