Hi I think my story mirrors yours ZB.
My liver wasn't good. LF gammer test was 460 when it should be 30-50. Like you I had no choice, well I did but it was live or kerplunk. My LF tests are far better now, my last bloods were 34 so my Doc was really pleased.
I wouldn't have got through without the librium, started on 190 mg per day and gradually reduced. TBH the detox saved my life, no joke. I'm now on Day 86 of sobriety.
