Congratulations on 9 years George.

We can’t help thoughts coming in our head. It’s how we act on them is what matters I find.
We can ‘feed it’ so the thoughts get stronger or we can let it pass by.
I wouldn’t want to go back to day 1 (that’s if I’d have a day 1 left in me).

it’s strange when the thoughts pop up it’s never of the stinking hangovers, and all the baggage that comes with but an idealism of good times. We know better though.

Congratulations, stay vigilant, a person i knew was 15 years sober and he thought the same, within 2 weeks he was back to square one.
