Day 15 log in.
Breakfast and lunch ate at planned. Heading to work for the first time in 10 days and normally I would just grab food on the go but I'm taking time for me now. I'll be eating a healthy dinner and drinking water not soda or beer.

Checking in on day 18.
Really enjoying revamping by waking hours to 6am-9pm. It might be more difficult in the darker winter months but its great atm. I'm planning early morning swims at the local health club to set me up for the day.
My menu is once again set for today and I'm 7lbs lighter than I was 18 days ago.
If I continue doing what I'm doing for the next 5 months I'll be slim with a fully functioning liver. That's one hell of a prize.

Thinking. Typing on day 23.
I believe it goes something like:
Day 0 with many sober days - Score 0.
Day 1 after booze - Score -3 3 drinks needed to reach Day 0 levels.
Day 2 after booze - Score -6 6 drinks needed to reach Day 0 levels.
ETC.
I'm hearing lots of white noise just now.
I've the feeling (it's untrue and don't take offense) that everyone that doesn't drink is sad or boring.
I've the feeling that I've done OK thus far and I'm doing well to fill gaps. I've also a planned out tomorrow for day 24.

Day 24.
Struggling if I'm honest.
Max posting about how he's finding things more difficult since he's had young kids. Today I was parenting and the idea of a release sounded perfect.
I didn't though. I need to plan for this.

I've done this by changing my daylight hour and using the gym and golf.
What's helped the most is forward planning and shopping the night prior.
How are you doing pal?

I'm hanging in there, my husband killed himself last Sunday. I'm 14 weeks sober, thank God, for the sake of our son. It would truly be a mess if I was still drinking and couldn't be present for him. It has been a **** week tbh. I'm glad to see you back here And getting some days behind you. Keep it up!

Happy to take a PM if you want to talk and well done on your 14 weeks.
