Have you had your blood checked? Are you needing a vitamin? Maybe Vitamin D? Dry skin, brain zaps and tiredness are symptoms of vitamin deficiency...

Hey TheAten,

I am currently 18 months sober and am doing pretty good with the dry skin but the tinnitus and brain zaps are strong. Some days are better than others and I hardly notice it. But I'm here typing this morn and they're strong. I haven't noticed anything I've done differently either that would have brought them on. Hope you doing better these days
