Thanks all for the warm welcome. I will be calling my treatment center this morning and will sign back up for additional care. I cant let this happen again.

Thought I would check in with this thread. I am now at just over 7 months without a drink! My life, family, work, and mental health are in such a better place. It hasnt been easy, but it is getting 'simpler'. No more hiding, lying, and having bouts of mental gymnastics when beating myself up after a binge. I have been doing AA twice a week (more often in the beginning). Committing and getting a sponsor helped immensely. That was something that I really did not want to do at first but it was a huge help in staying with the program and doing things right this time. Also, Just being around people who have dealt with the same issues as me and who have come out the other side and improved their life is a great motivator.

I dont post to the forum much but I do read alot here for motivation.
