A lot of people will say that they can drink when they are 75 or 175. One we know we cannot ever make. That is a good way to avoid the never again talk. I have gotten used to and am okay with the never again talk as alcohol is nasty poison anyway to anyone. Plenty of studies have come out showing that it is a carcinogen and increases negative health risks even within moderation limits.

I didn't see it as a trick thread title either Owen- they usually have some laughing emoticon or a GOTCHA in the first post and thats clearly not the case here

When your life is going well, it's easy to be complacent, and everywhere people warn each other about complacency whether it's drinking or something else. But for alcoholics, complacency is especially dangerous. It carries a heavy penalty.
