Congratulations on one year sober!! I'm celebrating 4 months and 2 days and am so happy! Thanks for the great advice. I especially like the part about being sober today. That's what has helped me most so far. I always became overwhelmed thinking of never drinking again in my life and felt I couldn't do it. This time (the longest I've ever been sober!) I only ask to stay sober today and hope to have the courage to start over tomorrow. Coming to this site every day and reading posts helps me a lot too. I feel very grateful! Thank you everyone here at SR.
