I hope you sleep well and wake up to a much better day, Strawberry!
I just mowed a lot of the lawn. I'm bushed but feel good. Drinking water like I use to drink beer.
How is everyone else doing? It's only 2 p.m. here. I'm in Georgia, USA.

I hear ya, just like being a kiwi I'm always assumed to be an aussie outside of the 2 countries, so I'm very good at making it known that I'm NOT an aussie hahah

I guess you're passing the torch to me in NZ.. Its 650am on Wednesday and as always being a kiwi at the start of the line, my day on this SR thread will be quiet as you are all winding down or asleep.
It's cold here, I had a nightmare that jolted me awake and I have to get ready and go to work soon.

Officially only 1 more week of lockdown, although I'm sure she will announce 1 more week, will know tomorrow. I was due to leave NZ in 2 weeks to travel to the UK and then to Spain to walk part of the camino de santiago with my mum who lives in UK and after we were going on to Scotland, my 2nd home. But covid-19 stopped that, however, since I have a lot of annual leave I might take some at the end of this lockdown since I'm still getting up for work everyday at the moment when the majority of people are sleeping, jealous slightly...
Day 3 today...

I'm not quite in bed yet but happy to pass the torch to the southern hemisphere. I hope you have a good day Red?

I'm sure I will be falling out of bed in about 6 hours (3am or thereabouts) which seems to be my sleep pattern at the moment.

Goodnight

J "musing how long ones arms would have to be in order to pass a torch to someone in New Zealand" T

I am confused, too, Venus. But, it's okay with me also, I am use to it. (:
I think I am going to pull up one of those maps that show the times. That will help me understand.

Doing well. Wrapped up working from home and off for a curb-side pickup. New driveway brush and garbage can! And some pool salt bags for when its warm enough to open the pool :S

Hope everyone else is well

The time zone can be confusing especially between the UK when we swing from 13 hours difference to 12 and then to 11 hours like it is now..

It's only 8 here, but I'm going to get ready for bed and watch a movie until sleep time.
My son had a friend over again. He's rude when I try to talk to him about it, too. I left my job to try not to catch this, but don't feel safe in my own home. Next time, I will just meet the friend at the door and tell him he can't come in. I can try calling my son at work tomorrow, maybe then he will be more open to listening.
So tired, but grateful I'm sober.
Hugs to all.

Almost made it two weeks sad to say I had a slip-up found out that I'm essential and going back to work stress got the best of me but committed to my sobriety once again it sucks cuz I do feel very guilty that I work so hard and let this happen

Being able to tell us speaks volumes BWCA. You can start again. We've all had slip-ups and we need to focus on trying trying trying again and again and again. We're here for you at SR. The "clock" may have started again in your mind and opinion, but your resolve seems to remain strong. Sending you positive vibes.

Welcome to the class BWCA! I’m checking in at the end of day 3. I’m an essential too and will be going back to work Thursday. I have anxiety about returning to work but then again I have lots of anxiety as it is.

Hoping I sleep ok tonight as I have not been sleeping well. I feel really tired but I wake up at 3 am a lot too and I did that even when I had been sober a long time.

so anxiety and insomnia are chronic problems for me.

Hope everyone has a good day or night. Stay strong. We can do this.
