Hey guys just checking in how’s it been easy but I’m still been hanging in there today is five days sober for me. Thanks for all the help my sleep is been **** major anxiety while sleeping so weird it’s like a wake up in a tear not sure if it was from alcohol only drink for the one week who knows just trying to stick it through thanks guys

It will improve for you slowly Headstock. Rest, drink water, and eat a little.
Be really gentle on yourself and stay the sober course. It's a better way to live Headstock. Honest.
