Yay! I actually reached out to some of my support from California today and they even said I should stay on the east coast for a while because all this running has not been working. Also, I watched an awesome movie today and have been catching up on some big bang theory episodes. I never saw the final seasons :0)

Day 16

Today was good. I am getting a bit antsy with day to day tasks BUT I did see the film 1917 it was great. And from tomorrow I am going to start making a to do list and will start being a bit more organized. This new neighborhood I live in is sort of bizarre..it's eerily quiet and I am just not used to that. Anyway, yay for 16 days!

I can't watch that show end.
It gives me too much anxiety - so I've been avoiding the last season

Just popped in to see how you are doing Asher. I see the answer to that is great!

It is early days for me too and I get grumpy sometimes too. But overall I am much like you and cheery.

Thanks Lucinda! The worst part right now is since I moved around so much time doing geographic's ..I have to re-create an entire support network. I do have family here but most are very busy.

18 amazing days clean and sober

I had a using dream last night (cannot believe how quick I had one) but it was just a dream I got to remember that

I saw the film Judy-so good and it probably had something to do with my dreams since the film had to do with Judy Garland's addiction

19 days!

made some exciting plans for next weekend
Slowly feeling like myself again and that feels great!
I don't understand how I thought drugs/alcohol would make my life better in any way it is so temporary and chaos always ensues afterwards...Cunning and Baffling right?

Cunning and baffling for sure.

I always thought "that would be fun" but "that would be even more funner with a drink and a doobie"

I'm finding that to be false. Just the opposite actually

Congrats on 19 days!

thank you! & yeah for me it's intimacy + drugs/alcohol that causes me the most problems...got to know those triggers for sure

Cunning and baffling! I have also learned that it's important to look at relapses and using days as a learning experience
