I’ve started regularly fasting too and gotten great mental stability/ mental clarity from it Dragon. The weight loss and detox have also been hugely helpful.

You are lucky to have Jason Fung and IDM in Canada. Have you heard of them? They are in Toronto, and are turning standard diabetes and obesity treatment protocols on their head, and building a database of success to prove fasting woks as a fantastic intervention. People are routinely cured from type two simply by lowering blood insulin via fasting, eating windows, and lower carb eating.

Sending you and your family good wishes and support—

VMan, you’re right about the dark clouds, the heavens opened on the other side of the bridge.
Sounds like a song title.

Nice team work there Snoozy and Mags ~ good lookalike.

I don't mind not eating first thing in the morning but I do like my cup of tea.

I would have said hello!

Cool pic Mags.

It was a real shame about that humpback whale bim, it was an adolescent female. I did hear she died from being hit by a ship.

Ain't got a great deal to recount these days.
Just mozying along. The cold is coming.
I have ordered a trailer of firewood.

Work is tricky enough as relations with one particular project manager are very strained. We are just opposite poles of a magnet

I didn't realize you're asthma was so bad Mags. Don't know much about asthma. When I go (try to go) running I get a little wheezy sometimes.
I usually have a ventolin / salbutamol in the press somewhere.

Goodnight weekenders.

VMan, always keep your inhaler near, even if you don’t need it much. I have allergic asthma and anything can set it off, I carry an epi-pen too. I’m a walking chemist shop.

Asthma sucks

I know in my little unit when a month has rolled by, because the very unmotivated looking young man with a leaf blower- who I imagine works for pittance, blows leaves- about 12 inches to the right....then goes.
