Guess what I got to see my psychiatrist and got some valium. I will start tomorrow or late tonight. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders.

I finally got the results. Everything is fine but he still wants a stress test. I need to cut out drinking and vaping. My heart rate is too fast so I will eventually need a drug to slow it down. Eat lots of salad exercise etc. He put me on aspirin and an additional cholesterol drug. I also have to write down all my blood pressure readings, drink more water. That's about it. Feeling a bit overwhelmed tbh but I will get there. He found another slight problem but it is caused by age. Thanks for caring Delilah.
