As you can see I'm now using my actual name on here rather than my mental health diagnosis, BP2.
Had a busy and productive in the garden today and found it very therapeutic.
I've loved the smell of soil since I was a child, did you know it contains antidepressant microbes?

Thanks also for having explained your name change. I was a bit puzzled because at first I missed the explanation in your signature.
What I did not fail to notice was that your posts increased from 200 to 310+ in a matter of two days, if I’m not mistaken!
Now I understand why I also like getting my hands dirty in the garden!

With regards to my post count, I've been playing some those interactive word games down in the social section of the forum, they're quite moreish so can involve quite a lot of posts! I've been posting elsewhere too of course.
