All that sounds good Dave.

I found I really had to walk the walk as well as talk the talk - a lot of my life was built around drinking and, realistically if I wanted to stay sober that needed to change.

Fortunately the changes were all for the better and I've never regretted them

Hi Dee
I've been to recovery today and a sponsor has been assigned.
They were all really nice too. Which was welcome.
I'm arranging aa through the recovery group.
Also and this is the biggie I've put sobriety to the top of my priority list and it will stay there as long as necessary.
Thanks
Dave
