Been a while
Yes I fell off the wagon
Have jumped back on it
Just to update records.
Stopped going to recovery that is back on track again too

Welcome back! Nope, it's not easy. For me the hard part is trying to calm the insanity in my brain. AV tires to trick and trick and trick.

That is a very good question.
This time I will not succumb to peer pressure from "friends" .
I will find a sponsor to talk with to help me in my weaker moments.
I am mentally better prepared now (I believe) even so we all need a positive back up.
And I will not be dwelling on the past...We only have the now and the future.
