GMS, you are a very brave person, and I know from things you've said that your husband loves you and cares for you very much. Please talk to him about your feelings or go to an ER for help. You need to take care of yourself.

Just because someone gets frustrated once in awhile and yells at you doesn’t mean he hates you.

Tell him, then go into the emergency room.

When I was in the hospital for awhile (because I was suicidal), the staff told me something I found very helpful. They said “Suicide is really the world’s biggest FU.”

Are you actually angry, perhaps?
