Weekender 12-16 April 2018
Congratulations on the new car Venuscat, it looks great. I always think it is better to let someone else take the depreciation hit.
I'm off to an Indian Restaurant in a place called Brick Lane for my friend's birthday. They will doubtless go for a few drinks afterwards but i'm sure i'll be fine.

Beautiful car Venuscat. No one deserves it more.
Well done Zombie, another victory!
I am so very grateful to be sober this weekend. Thought about wine for sure but the AV is weaker at the moment, far easier to dismiss.

Oh, no! It's getting wwwwwwwwet!
Ha. When I was still taking scuba classes, I was scheduled to do a navigation dive one day in January. I woke up to inches of snow, and still falling.
I called the divemaster/instructor before I packed the car and said, "It's snowing." She said, "Yeah, bring a camera!"
I mean, d'oh. We're diving in 51°F water. 7-12mm of neoprene over pretty much our entire bodies.
I was worried about cold and wet.

I just totally love it, Suze - all the elements of this picture.
Bright car, and cozy red brick wall, and gates.
Thank you for this picture.
Post more!

Evening, nice one Suze. Roush Ford have ordered some bits and pieces from the company I work for. They have a couple of high performance centres in the UK.
It was a good evening and the food was excellent - mussels in lemongrass to start, pan fried sea bass with turmeric potatoes for the main course (I am trying not to eat much meat)
It was my impression that there are fewer people out and about than there was a year or 18 months ago. I'm not sure why.
