Yes, day 67 no drinks...one day at a time, staying sober and strong...feels good to wake up on sat and have no hangover, no remorse of Friday night ****, nothing to be sorry about,.. just a peaceful day....

Day 72 no drinks ....one day at a time, staying sober and strong....
One thing I noticed today while driving back from work, weather got cooler and suddenly my dark mind started craving for drink....like it remembered a flash back....wow! I had to get grip and bet back in control of myself...immediately ate and drank coffee...urge is gone...you never know where the ******* urge comes from! being vigilant and looking out for the blind spots...

Morning IWTA - I know, it's weird isn't it? We have an advert here at the moment which always, for whatever reason, pushes a button in me! Whenever it comes on I immediately distract myself with a drink of water, lemonade and a small snack and by the time I come back into the room the craving has calmed down. Happily

I made it thru a wedding yesterday...didn't drink...felt good....Thank you so much for all the support....on the other thread as well....have a great Sunday ....
